No. That would encourage the rather petty members to troll extremely and actively participate in pathetic, out-of-control fights. The fight from yesterday alone was just so... so pathetic. imagine it without any type of rules. Granted some of the current blog rules are too strict, the way the mods moderate them is pretty sufficient; my only complainant is that deleting the PYP blog was totally unnecessary and that blogs of sexual nature should be allowed.

The Blogs section should be somewhat moderated, but not as strictly as the other sections. Obviously, if it were unmoderated, the mess would be inevitable.
