hell yes! I just got back from the gym after working my biceps, triceps, chest, and abs. I can't wait to be sore tomorrow.

Yes. And the person with the best biceps I know was one of my teachers. I never didn't look at them.

I do use biceps!
I use mine for a variety of things, including but not limited to: lift things, pull things, and generally move my arm!
I chose King Michael Buble though
