I just miss the days when the VMAs actually used to be entertaining to watch. The quality of the nominations dropped at about the same time the entertainment value of the whole thing went down the drain. They started trying to do too much instead of focusing on great performances and nominations that legitimately get people excited again. You know it's dire when the only memorable thing from this decade was the kii you got when was Miley twerking on Beetle Juice
