Personally, I overrate(d) 2001 Britney. She never really became a phenomenal dancer/had phenomenal choreography until 2003. The
Britney era was the peak of her passion and energy which kind of disguised some of the choreography just being jumping rhythmically, lol
She definitely had some great choreo in 2001 though, don't get me wrong.
How can anyone say Janet Jackson is overrated, honestly? She's so influential for a reason...
I honestly find none of them to be overrated. I honestly just get frustrated when people say that Beyoncé is such a great dancer but discredit Britney when she has done (and gone beyond at times) the choreo Bey does now. If they don't have the best ability when it comes to dancing, they are able to make up for it with energy and good performance skills. That is just as important and hard to have as the dancing ability.
