I have a friend from Ottawa who will apply next year since she'll be taking a break from college starting next semester. As for me....

Followed by Quebec even though it's French but there are cities/suburbs here that are mostly English (Kirkland, Beaconsfield, Westmount, etc). Montreal's pretty bilingual and so is Laval where I live. It's also where Sabrina's from, she went to my high school btw.
