I've returned to the gym this week and I realized just how uncomfortable I find pull ups. Am the only one? Literally anything involving lats I find it hard to respire. As soon as I raise my arms my I feel like I'm losing air. Tell em I'm not alone
I'm not fond of pull ups but they're so effective. I always do 4 sets of 12 reps and midway through the 3rd set I just start crying internally. I don't really have any specific exercises I dislike... I must say leg and chest day are my least favourite. I most prefer working out my shoulders.
The Romanian deadlift (it's a variation of the normal one, except you don't bend your legs so it works the lower back, glutes+ hamstrings mostly)
It's so essential though, so I can never skip it
I can squat, I can dead lift, overhead, pull ups, whatever. But bench press omg I always feel like I'm going to die. I've been stuck at 100lbs for the last 3 workouts. I am SO NOT ready to add more weight.

I feel like a loser doing bench press so i find an alternative machine.
