Has Mona EVER been Big A?

Edit: nnnnnnn not me posting three times in a row, sorry.

Mona was the original A in first 2 seasons and this A stole a game from her.

Mona's motive of being A is still not clear to me. Was it because Mona wanted to take Revenge because the girls were mean to her? But then again Alison was the one being really mean to her, and Mona loves Hanna so why did she torture her as well?

And what about the people that were killed in the first two seasons? (who died again in the first two seasons? lol) Was mona responsible for the people that died then?

Andrew is being painted way too obvious to actually be involved in the grande scheme of things. Although I'm pretty sure he's the one who maced Mike and tied him up

I also don't get why the girls were arrested and had mugshots taken at the end, like for what, what did they do?

Then why does the promo say "After 120 episodes...the Big A Reveal" if Mona was the Big A the first 2 seasons?
