"The Cosby Show" alum attended an annual event called the Luxx Ball, where 'Lil Kim performed.
Apparently, Raven is a huge fan of the rapper so she started posting photos and videos of the performance.
She also posted this: #the queenbee made my night last night. A surprise that made my whole life. #theoriginal #royalty #beehive."
That's when Beyonce's Beyhive let the child actor have it by posting all kinds of emojis and throwing a slew of insults at her.
Undoubtedly, the Beyhive considered Raven's hastags offensive since she called 'Lil Kim the original. The former Disney Channel star also kept using the term "beehive," which Beyonce's fans clearly believe they own.
After some of the insults died down, Raven took the time to explain herself and give a brief history lesson.
"I love Beyoncé too," she wrote on Instagram.
"But La Bella Mafia @lilkimthequeenbee had a track called "BeeHive." This album came out 2003, when Beyonce just started to become dangerously in love. Calm down #new #beehive. I'm not coming for your queen Bee. I'm just showing love to my #hardcore #queenbee," added Symone.
She deserved any lashing she gets and idc for what reason. Can't believe my favorite childhood star turned out this way.
There were barely any real insults. They just loving putting us in the headlines.
