Obviously not. But I hate when people try and call out the monsters like this as if it's one sided every single time. You know good and well if Gaga lost out on a #1 many stanbases would be in here rejoicing and shading her, so why can't the monsters ever do it?
Oh and this is coming from someone who actually hates the streaming rule and thinks Madonna should have been #1, but come on.
