It seems Katy Perry’s relationship with John Mayer is off again. Confidenti@l is told that the “Ur So Gay” singer hooked up with Winston Marshall of Mumford & Sons in Berlin on Saturday night.
The banjo-plucking musician, sometimes known as “Country” Winston Marshall, was in town for a series of intimate shows with his folk-rock band and had performed at the Magnet Club that evening.
Perry was playing Berlin’s vast O2 Arena the same night. Our source says she and the “I Will Wait” stars ended up hanging out for a night of post-performance partying, and Perry and Marshall got it on.
German newspaper Bild reported that Perry hit the trendy club Schwuz and partied with drag queen Gloria Viagra, but it made no mention of the Mumford boys.
