Because "acting white" makes logical "sense," because you're more inclined to be successful. So no one cares if a black person "acts white." No one really cares when a white person "acts black," either, really. I mean, it's their funeral if they want to "act black." The only people that care about appropriation are Native Americans, but there's so few of them that no one cares that Native Americans care, so they dress up in head dresses on Halloween and sporting events anyway.
