Don't think it'll be an issue in 30 years time. Quite a lot of countries are already have Replacement fertility rates below the sustainable amount. As people get richer they have less kids.
Were probably going to end more worried about decreasing population in many wealth countries, which is already a major concern in Japan.
The empowerment of women and higher access to birth control. A lot of women in developing nations don't have control over their own ovaries. Their husbands do. Women usually know when they're financially, emotionally and psychologically ready to bring a child in to this world.
Maybe if the UK government stopped giving handouts to every god damn kid for their mothers to update their work on Facebook to 'Manager at Stay at home looking after kids' it may, it may help reduce population in the UK.
