THIS. New Zealanders are very PRO underdogs, we believe in standing up for those who have no voice. In this situation, Natalia and Willy were in positions of power and abused that power to tear a person to shreds. New Zealanders do not tolerate people in 'higher positions of power' abusing that 'power', especially in regards to bullying. While NZers do like celebrity culture and controversy, we also feel that situations like this cross the line and is unacceptable.

Natalia wasn't fired JUST for her foul mouthed rant but also for putting a negative spin on the entire season. Because of her, the show has been receiving a lot of negative publicity. If they didn't sack her, it would make things even worse for them. It was the right thing to do. There's a difference between giving constructive criticism and being hateful just for the sake of it. She crossed the line and now she's paying the consequences.
