Just saw action/comedy "Spy" @SXSW. Deliciously smart mayhem from Paul Feig & M McCarthy! Totes Lolz, y'all.

SPY: A rare action/comedy that does both well. Terrific McCarthy performance, working an Axel Foley vibe. Pure popcorn. #SXSW

SPY is a super feminist comedy and I had no idea I would love it as much as I did. #SXSW

Just saw @paulfeig's SPY, and I really enjoyed it. Well choreographed action, slick pacing, and top notch one-liners. #SXSW
I could give 2 ****'s about Natalia Kills but I really don't get why she was fired. Don't antagonists make for good ratings? She seemed batsh*t insane and overly delusional but usually that makes for good tv. The clip certainly amused me. Besides, those things aren't taped live right? They could have edited the footage and saved the poor guy the embarrassment if they thought it was so egregious and appalling
People have such short memories. Simon Cowell, the creator of that deplorable franchise, was the pioneer of scathing talent judges. He pretty much always dressed down contestants, literally he'd even insult their looks or what they were wearing. I'm sure original American Idol would have been cancelled mid-season in this modern era. People are way too sensitive.
Natalia's comments felt more personal. She deserved to get fired.
