I would definitely say millions. Champagne Showers alone probably exposed her to millions. Whatever show she's on at the moment might be getting hundreds of thousands of viewers? They used to play her on Radio 1 in the UK sometimes a few years ago, that would've exposed her to a few hundred thousand people. And I could go on...

There are like 7,000,000,000 people living on this planet, so a few million is still a tiny proportion, but at the same time, if you do something outrageous, and that many people know you, they're going to talk about it.

People on this forum always under-estimate how famous people are imo.
