Yes she was. She laugh when she said it and then said she was a control freak and she wants the tour to be perfect so people don't go home pissed and they would want to see her tour shows. The whole segment was her basically saying she wants to be a solid tour artist and for her to do a half ass show by April iit would be counter-productive for her. Add on to that her fans will be disappointed.
