I dont think you guys understand how hard it is to write music. Sure, most of them probably can. Anyone can, but the results would probably be terrible to bad, hence why they use writers or co-write with others.

I'm not stupid, I know that she isn't the sole writer on any of the song. But I am very sure she is capable of composing a song all by herself, she's just too generous and gives credits to anyone. Just like someone already mentioned, she wrote a song base on one line and gave credits to the person who said it. Kelly doesn't take credits if she changes a word here and there (examples: I Do Not Hook Up, Stronger, People Like Us), so it's fair to say that she is the main writer on most of the songs that she has credit on. Kelly can play guitar so nothing stops her from writing a song on her own.

Ben Moody on Because of You, which Kelly wrote when she was 16: "She had these ideas already in place for songs; all I really had to do was build music around them and develop them." If she could do this when 16, I'm sure she can do it now as well.
