You reschedule a month or so before tour is supposed to start? You didn't notice before that you had production issues?
Who would reschedule and a) piss of fans and b) have to try to land NEW supporting acts?

Sure thing. Her tickets aren't selling. I'd love to read some of her fans' excuses. They were saying back then when Azealia Banks dragged her she was going to get her revenge with her tour gross.
Well its not easy for a new artist to have a big tour, especially in the US. Even Bangerz tour didn't really fulfill the expectations and look how big Miley was during that era.
The only thing I can think of that would have HER delay the tour is not having the budget to do some of the things she wants to do 1. because tickets are cheaps or 2. because tickets aren't selling.
Either way she should have stuck with a theater/amphitheater type tour.
