Cleveland Cavaliers guard Iman Shumpert may not watch the Fox series Empire, but he does have a bit of a beef with the show.
Anyone who has seen Shumpert or his girlfriend Teyana Taylor knows that the two have very distinct hairstyles. Shumpert rocks the flat top, and Taylor—an R&B singer—is known for her full, curly look.
Shumpert and Taylor may not be the only people in the world to sport those hairstyles, but there probably aren't too many couples out there that have that combination. That's what has led to a slight beef.
I immediately thought of Teyanna to be honest. They have the same name and similar hair.
