The growth continues for Fox mega-hit “Empire,” which at a 10.1 rating/16 share in the household overnights from 9-10 p.m. was five percent above the 9.6/15 one week earlier. And that 9.6 rating in the overnights translated into 14.33 million viewers and a 5.8 rating/17 share among adults 18-49, based on the Live Plus Same Day data. Comparably, this was the ninth consecutive week of growth for “Empire,” which could very well be a record historically.
