I don't know if we can really compare like that considering the top 20 now is way more competition and higher sales all around.

But using this logic, Ci just needs like 4.5m and should get a Top 20 peak on billboard.

I won't count my luck on that. 7M is a safe number for me, as long as the digital stays high like this

To see I Bet re-peaking at #20 is incredible.. I never thought she'd be able to reach those high positions without having a really big hit on radio and promo going on at the same time... IB has done so much by itself!
