That's not the only issue.
Obesity is a problem that affects the poor mostly. You don't need to have heaps of food to be obese. You need food that is unhealthy. Processed, fast foods, etc all contribute to obesity. Then you have being sedentary and there's the issue.
Another reason is mothers working more, them working more means a lack of proper nutrition for kids, they will grow up in their old habits. Now obesity gets passed on.
We have enough healthy food for everyone. We just need to make it cheaper and make junk food more expensive.
