It's all for a Samsung ad for one of their new video call centres in Turkey, however everything in the ad is 100% real. They placed cameras all around this town, spent a month teaching it's residents sign language, then filmed the deaf guy's reaction as he had sign-language interactions with dozens of total strangers.
