When tours are cancelled is usually always cause of poor ticket sales or illness. Theres too many people in the chain let down for them to be cancelled cause of some strop or creative differences.

You can't go from small clubs to arenas, honey.

And even when you manage to sell out the arenas. The crowds will treat you like a support act.

She was booked for three dates in her home country of Australia and showed up for exactly ONE, her career pre-Fancy was a mess and it's obvious she wasn't even that dedicated if she could only show up for one night on a tour that would have widened her exposure by a lot on a tour that was grossing $2m a night average. Her career has been two flash in the pan singles, basically nobody remembers her from the Mrs. Carter Show because she didn't actually ***** up and show up, and before missing the Mrs. Carter Show the most notable thing she did was present an award at the 2013 VMAs; it didn't even take three months from Fancy going #1 for people to forget about her and for Meghan Trainor to snatch the it girl of 2014 crown from up under her head, not that it was that hard to snatch considering her low album sales and dependency on features.

I don't think she's "letting it" interfere with her career - I think it just is. There's nothing she can do about it. She's just shown that it's affecting her on social media. And now she's stopped. Possibly at the advice of her management.

I disagree. The girl use to be on her grind. No matter how her songs were doing, she was out there doing promo, making appearances, doing interviews. No it just seems as if she's worn down. After Black Widow her and her management have made some crappy mistakes.

And disappearing while trying to sell out an arena tour as a new act is a NO GO. Tickets are already struggling to sale. She seems beat down.

Fair enough. What I'm saying is I think all that stuff was inevitable. Even if she was still doing promo, making appearances and doing interviews to promote Trouble and the tour, tickets would still be failing to sell, due to (as PrettyHurts said) her overwhelming lack of talent.

'Fancy' and 'Black Widow' found success on their own. Iggy herself didn't contribute anything to their respective successes. Unless she really did come up with the 'Clueless' concept for the 'Fancy' video. Then she contributed that. But vocally, she didn't contribute anything. Those songs would have smashed regardless of who sang/rapped them.

No matter how many teen girls bopped to 'Fancy' last summer, I can't imagine too many of them asking their parents for $167 to see this live:

I agree. As a new act she's doing too much too soon. Her talent is very questionable. And while I do think she has her shining moments, she doesn't have enough of them to sustain her. She needs a bit more development, but at this stage it maybe too late.

So here is the thing, I don't feel bad for her if this is true. If she's not doing what her team is telling her and the tour gets trashed because of that, well, serves her right for not knowing how to take care of her and her team. If the tour gets canceled because of poor ticket sales, well, she should not have tried to play such huge venues. It takes years as a touring artist to get to a point were you can sell out and play in arenas.

I LIVED for Iggy all of 2013 honestly. Work was everything and it should have smashed in the states. However, there was not any real push and it fell out. Fancy was and is still a smash. I'm happy Charli could help Iggy get that smash. Everything post Fancy and that video have been a true tragedy. Work should have been the single after Fancy. It was climbing the charts and the clubs were playing the **** out of it. Yet, Black Widow happened, when it should have clearly been the 3rd single and would have slayed in the fall. No re-release should have even been talked about until at least Q3 of this year.

Goddess should have been the 4th single and it should have been released in Jan. It would have done well given a tiny amount of promo. Reissue the album in September (The New Classic: Declassified) with Beg For It (Featuring Charli) released in the first part of August. Give We In This Bitch as the 2nd single in late October.

If she could have said some less stupid **** when it comes to race and stayed off twitter with her petty fights the GP would not be going in as much as they are now. Then she drops her accent on the next album and things would be much different for Iggy. Her next album she might have maybe been able to play arenas.

minaj's other" rap masterpieces" as her fans claim r extremely anonymous for GP , she does not have yet a memorable real hiphop song that GP will memorize for the next 20 years coz she can not let people lock back at her music and only recognizance " starship and superbass" coz i am sorry but r terrible they serve her as a quality downfall.

He DOESN'T need this, wtf are you talking about? he had a solo tour last year and I'm sure right now, people know and love him more than Iggy so this is actually good for him.

He has more time to relax, promote or write music. and plan his tour late this year, like he said.
