For anyone that doesn't know of SBS: It's usually a completely neutral tv station that doesn't hold bias towards groups and communities. The fact that an ad like that to even be considered for airing during such a huge moment for the LGBT community is ridiculous. Its obvious that it was thrown in by a homophobe producer or CEO. Its as if they give us a big celebration and then got to show this to remind us that we need to stay in our place

What a disgusting and ignorant advertisement. This makes me soo mad; how do you create such a thing thinking that you're such a good person for doing so? How could you live in such an ignorant, distant-from-reality mindset?

Yeah, this is some organisation trying to throw hate at same-sex couples, by doing the old "think of the children" argument, when there are plenty of children who have grown up with same sex couples just fine.
Infact there's no evidence to show children from same sex marriages are more unhappy than those who aren't.

Children just need loving parents, and they WONT find them when some Gay dude is pretending to be straight "for the children's sake". Like they would rather have couples force a straight relationship, if a person wanted kids? And then watch a child grow up with parents who don't love each other, end up with a divorce?

Like these people must be mentally ill, there hate for Gay people is unjust and doesn't think of the Children at all.

Australia is one of the most accepting countries you can live in, but you will always find "organisations" against things like this.
This is no different to the "church" preaching or whatever. Go look at the TV ad. It's mostly down voted and the company are deleting hate off the page.

These "organisations" are just put together by people who don't want the same sex law to be passed.
