Maybe it aint performing well because it's a genuinely lazy, poorly written pop song that isn't resonating with the GP.

Is Carly's "highly" anticipated 1st single after a 2-3 years hiatus off music and it has a music video to back it up at least in streaming and yet it hasn't reached Top 20! She's underperforming as of now but radio pretty much decides the fate of the song ... It can either be a moderate hit at most or a moderate flop at this point !

You all can hate on me all you want but Carly's CMM was wayyyyy more catchy and deserved to be a viral hit more than this song because it actually had a good instrumentation unlike this one !

I didn't see it go top 20 not even in the Live pop bars don't even try it with me there dude and Nah I was like this too with Selena's new track "IWYTK" which I think is slightly better than this but still basic and generic ! And it was at #22 when iTunes was frozen. The next update wasn't until the next day, and it was still #22 with 7 new releases above it. Some simple math shows that the song peaked around #15. And all those songs have already fallen far below Carly, except for Kanye's "All Day".

Kid, iTunes itself freezes everytime and updates every now and then during the day that's why there are iTunes LIVE Pop bars everywhere on the Internet to track the position of a song but you can keep believing in theories of how it went top 15 all you want , besides the new songs that were higher and are now below her don't even have a music video unlike Carly's song so it's unfair to even mention that !

Well, first of all, "Good Time" was a top-ten hit for her, as well, so technically she's not a one-hit wonder, but regardless, most people only remember her for "Call Me Maybe". Anyways... "I Really Like You" was just released as it is, you need to give it time. Regardless, you'd think with a few performances and a music video that featured Tom Hanks AND Justin Bieber, there'd at least be some interest in it, and there doesn't appear to be a whole lot of interest for it. It's a shame because I think Carly has some potential, and I think she really, really felt pressured by and tried to live up to the success of "Call Me Maybe". There's still hope, though; it's extremely early and I don't think it's at its peak airplay-wise.

Umm the math is pretty simple.. iTunes was frozen and there was nothing, no livepopbars, no kworb no stats. It went around 15, unless you think it was possible that 7 songs fell below her simultaneously with 7 songs debuting right above her as she remained in the same position
