Nonetheless, Gaga's mainstream music career started in 2008. No1curr about Red & Blue, it's like counting Katy's religious album as the start of her mainstream career.
The passive aggressive comments from monsters aren't necessary, because 5 years into Gaga's career her critical and commercial success was already comparable to Madonna 29 years into hers, except without the touring. 32 years into Madonna's career, her album will do better than any of her 80s peers sans Michael, and she never had to cling to legends (Tony, Diane) or use TV shows with dedicated fanbases to come back from her flop eras. She simply wrote great, current pop music.
