I use Clean Master and it's pretty good! And if you like playing games try Jetpack Joyride

I use PlayerPro (full version btw) for music and it's FANTASTIC, it has so many great themes + additional sound expansions.

I rarely download new applications
I only have Line, GetRich Game, BBM, Opera Mini and TapCash
