I'd love more promo but I feel rih is taking a different approach with her music. I think she's confident about this album and I think she's just letting her music truly speak for itself.

She's been in the game 10 years I feel like massive promo campaigns are for Comebacks and newer acts. If she was heavily promoting I feel like she'd be pandering for attention and at this point she doesn't need to. The music is looking to be her best, she can do some promo spread out and keep it moving if she goes on tour , and the album receives great reviews and has great performing singles I'll be happy.

Besides with having her own label, home, her own music, and being in fashion I don't see where she'd have time to promote.

It kinda sucks that Rih is the most streamed Female Artist WW but album streams didn't count until way AFTER Albums like Loud, TTT, Una she would've bagged GGGB if they included streaming sooner

I don't want to jump the gun, but I really think R8 could do serious numbers now that streaming is included.
- At the very least if Rih matches UNA sales with a few promo spots.. she could very well do 4- 4.5x WW.

IF I'm not mistaken I thought TTT and Loud were streamed more than Una. And I believe she can, but what I notice about rih is usually people don't know when she has new music out right away. She needs the exposure to get herself going and her albums aren't an exception.

She doesn't need excessive promo but just well placed spots spaced out during the era with non messy single releases.

If Home goes on Spotify that will be s way we can gauge how she may do with R8(not really since it's not entirely her album).

Definitely agree. I don't particularly care for 2739729 live performances. That type of overexposure is unnecessary IMO. GIve us key award shows, an interview/ documentary, 1 or 2 magazine interviews, and the tour/ festivals.

4FS was a good indication so far on Spotify. It went number 1 in a week and top 10 in the US. (think 6 is its current peak)

The documentary is a good idea but she's done them and I only like the Road to Talk That Talk.

I mean FFS was just... A miracle, I know people were ready for new music but this wasn't what anyone expected and it still did well.

So Japan doesnt have Spotify? If not rih better take her ass over there and get them back on her side like in 2005-2008, 2010-2011
