It depends. Southern Europe (Italy, Spain, France) doesn't really use Katy, but Scandinavia and UK seems to be very supportive with ha.

Rihanna is the only one who dominates the entire continent I think.

Generally, Beyonce's music doesn't do as well as most popstars due to her work being mostly RnB, which isn't as popular there. Culturally, Beyonce is just behind Gaga..Her impact, besides musical relevance is impressive. Her tours do extremely well and she's still a massive household name (more so than Katy and Taylor).

Wait, I didn't know Bey has been an irrelevant flop in Europe these days, based on EUROPEANS themselves.
