I do this all the time, my wall has so many comments deleted my me, and i think i have a few up that i still haven't deleted. It mostly happens when I'm having a back and forth convo with someone on her for a while. Are you messy and do this too girlies?

By going to your profile to read the message the atrl user sent and then not clicking theirs to reply back. I sometimes forget to click their profile and just write the response on my own wall

Yes, a few times. Especially when you think it's the "conversation" page instead of your profile.

Because you often reply to a Notification and it will load the Conversation page when you only have to reply in the text box. Sometimes, you'll load your profile and notice a message, and get into the habit of just replying at the top.

It's not as hard to do as some people above make it sound

It's because Mobile loads either the Conversation page or your Profile.
I made my iPad load the desktop page after it drove me insane
