But consenting to sex to begin with doesn't mean that he can do whatever he wants during the duration of the sex. Sex is about consent all the way through; if you don't want to do it anymore after a couple of minutes, then you stop. If you don't want to do certain positions, then you don't. If you don't want that mother****ing piece of scum to *** inside of you, then he shouldn't. It's not even debatable.

It's not as simple as that. He committed an act of sexual violence against her by doing something she asked him not to. He took advantage of her physically, in a severe way. The author of the article sees the ambiguity in the issue, but should trust her physiological response (how upset she was).
