- They use catch phrases ect
- They need breathing control to try and make it as realistic as possible to not look fake/over exaggerated
- They need to look good and workout/train
- Then there is the editing and background music

No, and it's fine that way. Not everything needs to be called art. People put too much value in that term and trying to qualify random things as art when they're fine as is for what they are.
