There are a lot of guys out there that are extremely skinny (especially gays). I'm really skinny and I don't like sports at all so growing up I stayed skinny, and also because my metabolism is really fast.
So are you thin, twink-ish? How do you go from there and gain more muscle mass?
I've been thinking to do something to gain more muscles on my body but how do you do that? how do you start? I'm so embarassed of going to the gym and have all those fit guys judging me because I'm so small. I'm just confused and don't know what to do.
I'm about 140 pounds. Personally I don't think I'm disgustingly skinny or anything. In the past I've gotten typical skinny comments like "Why don't you eat?" and things like that. I've put on like 5 pounds in muscle in the past 6 months (I've been horrible with exercising so I basically look the same for the most part).
I'm 5'10" (178 cm). I thought I was 5'11" for the longest time... #soclose. My BMI is just above 20. There is nothing unhealthy about my weight but I still get a lot of **** about it...
Like really, I can eat alot and still won't gain weight

my hairstylist wants me to get into modeling so she recommended me this Wey( i think thats what its called?) protein powder. 2 times a day, said to make you gain weight in a week. i havent tried it yet cause im broke, also i kinda like my hourglass figure i just need to put more weight on my chest/torso
