In the US the Deluxe version of 1989 was an exclusive to Target. So it wasn't on iTunes in the USA. Obviously the exclusivity period with Target has now expired, so Taylor has been releasing the Deluxe tracks on US iTunes, one track per week for the last 3 weeks. New Romantics was the track released this week. In most countries, iTunes had both the regular and deluxe versions of 1989.
Taylor currently has 6 songs in the Top 53 of US iTunes!
