Apple's profits are huge. They charge premium prices and make huge amounts from multiple streams including iTunes, Macbook, iPhone, iPad, OSx, AppStore, etc. 60-80% of Google's revenue is from ad revenue from search...Android is free, and they make very little from it directly.

+, This is valuation. The market is anticipating the Apple Watch to be huge, along with the speculations about a 12.2-inch iPad Pro, and the inevitable iOS 9, iPhone 6s/7, etc etc.
