I think as long as it's stated that the price of the album is added to the ticket price then it technically counts as a purchase and can be redeemed online, so Billboard should count it as a sale.
I hate how the European dates have G.A. and North American dates do not.....same thing happened with Katy. Its annoying.

if i lived in arlington/dallas i would but I'm like 1.5/2 hours south of austin so that would mean like 5 hours to arlington + 10/11 hours to atlanta and i really am not up for a 17 hour road trip

They give the code, but it'll be up to the purchasers to download it to count.
