Probably OTF going by raw sales and streaming data, but nobody is going to remember it in ten years. It's going to fade into obscurity along with even some of Gaga's other (bigger) hits, while BTW at least has the distinction of being literally the only song that's explicitly pro-LGBT to go #1 virtually anywhere. OTF, like Gaga's much bigger hits Just Dance and Poker Face, is generic and will likely fall into the background as such.

You say that as if people will remember "Born This Way" in ten years. Not many people will care about that distinction except Gaga stans because even the LGBT community doesn't care for the song. On the other hand, "On the Floor" is still selling and being streamed. By the end of this year, it'll probably reach 1 billion views thanks to its popularity.

Also, "Born This Way" is much more generic than "Poker Face." The latter is definitely more liked and remembered than the former, which is why it's still selling.

This. Dance Again is so much more relevant than OTF nowadays.

On the floor actually knocked born this way of the top spot on itunes in the US topped itunes chart for 19 days and stayed in the top10 on US itunes chart for like 12 weeks,
It stalled at 3 because it didnt get huge airplay like born this way but in general it absolutely destroys born this way sale wise it sold well over 10 million worldwide, topped 21 national charts around the world, became the biggest selling song in europe and the biggest selling female hit in 2011, held onto the most viewed female title for 3 years and became the first female video to reach 800 million views i hear on the floor way more than born this way!
Look at some of on the floors chart run, 15 weeks number 1 in spain, 6 weeks number 1 in Germany etc had impressive chart run every were

Like i said JLo knocked gaga of the top of Itunes and went onto to out sell it by a few million, charted better globally and even became more viewed online then born this way!

So yea on the floor was bigger had more impact more people used the song more people purchased the song.

I literally do not get the "frontloaded" argument. Would you rather it just sell a lower amount but over a longer amount of time? It doesn't make a difference
