You say that as if people will remember "Born This Way" in ten years. Not many people will care about that distinction except Gaga stans because even the LGBT community doesn't care for the song. On the other hand, "On the Floor" is still selling and being streamed. By the end of this year, it'll probably reach 1 billion views thanks to its popularity.
Also, "Born This Way" is much more generic than "Poker Face." The latter is definitely more liked and remembered than the former, which is why it's still selling.
