Okay this is coming from a non-Britney stan. She's still contracted for many more albums.. She's barely in her 30s, who ever said Britney Jean was her last album? The same could be said for Femme Fatale, which was rushed before Jive clashed with RCA. Britney already has been in the studio multiple times and said she was happy to be at work.. New material is coming.

Madonna and Cher are still coming out with albums and can be her mother and grandmother for crying out loud.

I supposed that she was tired of the singer life and wanted to live a happy life with her children and family now that she has done everything in the industry but if there are more albums coming then yas, Britney Jean is actually one of my faves from her

She signed a contract for 4 more albums and she always said she wanted 12 albums under her belt.

My hope is that the song and video will be released at that time and a new performance of it at the residency.

her 1st single will be performed with the upcoming leg then her 2nd single and a few other songs from the album performed after her break in the summer

I'm guessing a September album release (probably 9/12 Germany+Aus; 9/14 ww; 9/15 us) around the boys' birthdays since she's corny like that. So probably a June/July single, while she's on break from Vegas. It's the only thing that makes sense, otherwise 2016 release.

What makes you say that so confidently with a dead banana though? All we have is Iggy's constantly talking about it, for the last 4 months. I feel it's safer to hope for a Summer release versus, what you say, the next 4-8 weeks. Which is relatively short and something would be revealed by now. She does have to complete/close to an album, not just the first single.

She's following the same B:POM time frames as 2014, June/July she has no dates which is wide open for single premiere, video shoot, etc. before she goes back on stage in August. And then the album during her downtime in September before she goes back in October.

Interesting how she's released albums 5-8 and hasn't made that choice but ok.

either album after leg 8 late May-August or at least another single with rehearsals for new songs from album before leg 9 or at least the iggy single before leg 9 and maybe the rest of the songs before the extended leg kicks of later in the year.

Although she claims that the album was to be artsy fartsy and coming slowly and progressively...I doubt anyone actually believes that will happen during her vegas era.

There are alot of songs that didn't make album 8 because it was in a different direction and some producers made statements that things might be in the works for album 9.

We've never known Britney to even have statements of a single slated for the beginning of the year and then wait until the end of the year to release an album.

I'd love a September album though but for me it's all about the timing.
