Could you imagine being in a terror group and you follow your bosses on Twitter and when they tweet out it's time to go shoot something up or bomb something and your phone makes the Twitter chirp? Personally that would take the killer right out of me for a few moments

While that might get MOST of the people in ISIS, there are people working for ISIS in almost every country in the world, and the ones actually in Iraq and Syria will probably find a way around it, so I don't think that approach would do much. Also, there'll be millions of people who've done nothing wrong who won't be able to use Twitter. Their country has been invaded by ISIS, their lives ruined, the last thing they need is a Twitter ban too.

Think about it this way, if/when ISIS invade your country, would you want to be blocked from Twitter?

You really think those civilians give a **** about twitter? They must survive henny. They're at war. Twitter is the last thing to worry about.
