Well not in my country. I guess good for yours. Women aren't supposed to hold their pee like men do cause they are prone to Urinary Tract Infection because of their shorter urethra. I guess a bigger restroom could give them more comfort I guess. And a lot of girls in my school got into catfights because of the restroom accomodating only three persons at a time in a single room so I guess it's also a part of the reason your female restrooms are bigger. Women get catty all the time when they want to pee and they have to get in line with other girls.

Spill the true-true, sis. Restaurants and grocery/retail stores are the worst when it comes to the women's bathrooms. I don't know how someone can shoot diarrhea up a wall, but that was the first and last time I cleaned the women's bathroom. I just had one of the bag-boys do it and told him the manager said so.
In the men's bathroom, the urinals are usually filthy and un-flushed but it's still 2x as clean as the women's.
My mom used to carry around a big ass can of Lysol in her purse specifically for public restrooms before the wipes and mini sizes came along.
