Signed to Luke's label according to the caption to the video: "2015 Kemosabe Records LLC, under exclusive license to Columbia Records, a Division of Sony Music Entertainment".
He more than likely won't be "super low budget" for the remainder of the era tho, esp. if this becomes a hit. I didn't realize he was a Luke artist until now, so I definitely see Trini Dem Girls becoming a single.
