You're not getting that this was a realistic-looking gun without the Orange nozzle. It was practically indistinguishable and even more so because the kid immediately pointed it at the officers. What fault is not with the kid is with the parents for failing to instill the slightest concept of common sense to their child.
Even when dealing with adults. Shouldn't there be some sort of protocol to minimise casualties? Like pulling up from safe distance, and communicating with the suspect? That's how it should be done and I know it's been done before but when dealing with black people they just go in guns blazing
