Highly unlikely. Gaga doesn't need her to reinvent herself and smash. She's currently doing very well for herself, (won a Grammy, got engaged, stole the show at the Oscars and had each and every media outlet bow down to her feet) so I don't see why she would risk her image being tarnished once again.There's literally nothing in it for Gaga.

Though it would be really funny seeing two fanbases arguing about who gave who a hit, cause both Gaga's and Madonna's last few singles failed to chart on Hot 100 or any other important charts.
