EDIT: Blurred Lines still sounds fresh to me. The others sound old. Happy is great and so is WFL. We certainly could've had worse 10 week #1's like We Belong Together.
WFL is an anthem with a flawless breakdown, BL is a cute bop that people did the most with when it surpassed their faves and Happy is a cute song that needed a REAL vocalist to truly shine, not Pharrell's whispering.
No matter how much better the guy's songs are and how much more the general public likes them. The female artist will always win regardless on ATRL. You know what you're getting.....
