The dress didn't change color at all for me. It stays the same WHITE AND GOLD.

The white isn't like toothpaste paper white. It's a bluish white.

in THAT picture it's black & blue but in the picture that was floating around it is clearly WHITE(maybe slightly grayish blue) & GOLD

The dress in reality may be black and blue, but the pic that is viral has been altered to appear white and gold. People saying it's black and blue are referring to the original dress and not the pic itself.
