A simple question, right? Wrong. This has been going around the internet for a few hours now, and it's seriously freaking me out. One minute it's blue/black, the next, it appears white/gold. It is not a GIF, and the person who uploaded the pic did so because he/she and his/her friends were having the same problem in person.
Personally, the only thing I can think of that would cause this strange occurrence would be if they converted a GIF file into a JPG file (which is possible) and lied about it happening in person, thus the changing colors without it being a GIF.
