Authorities said they have been hearing from women who have all reported similar stories of waking up in the middle of the night to find a strange man lurking in their rooms.
On February 20th a security camera at a UW sorority house caught a man following a woman down 17th Ave NE. In the video, posted online, the woman can be seen going into a door of the sorority and then the man sneaks in behind her.
As the woman entered through a secure door at the home, the man quickened his pace, caught the door before it shut, and walked inside,” wrote the department’s Jonah Spangenthal-Lee in a blog post. “
