Beyonce is so powerful.

She's a very powerful woman, in the way that she has a lot of influence, on the younger generation especially. They can't stand the thought of a liberal african american woman being so revered and so influential. It goes against everything they're trying to maintain and uphold, consciously or subconsciously.

At the end of the day Beyonce is bigger than all of them combined. Trust me if they were so afraid of ppwerful black women Oprah would have gotten hit hard by now. Bill O Rielly actually respects Oprah a lot and called her the most influential woman in the world.

Because she is so popular, people use her as a sorta scapegoat (? not sure if this is the word I really mean to use but I can't think of a better one right now) for all their preconceived notions about black women.

Black women are in a sense a double minority. They have 2 strikes against then, not only are they women but they are black as well. Women like Oprah, Michelle Obama, Aretha Franklin (considering the time she came to prominence) and others of that sort are respectable by all means . Beyonce is more polarizing and doesn't garner the level of respect these women do.

White men are most privileged in society and get things easiest (not saying they don't have to work hard). They may feel a bit 'Threatened' per se.

I find it ironic that a Rihanna fan will cosign the statements of such men seeing as Rihanna carries the same stigma.

Let's be honest however if the leader of the KKK had said he wanted to lynch Beyonce some of these same members would probably "" and cosign just to be "shady". I doubt they agree however but on ATRL we sometimes play characters. Before I was banned I was a notorious Rihanna hater when in real life I couldn't care less about her or her music.
