My mom is religious but not the bible thumper. My sister believes in God and goes to church a few times a month. My dad is an atheist and I am too. All the rest of my family is extremely religious but I'm sure 95% of them don't take the bible to heart and aren't pro-life or anti-gay rights

Not really. My parents grew up religious and my dad went to catholic school with nuns for teachers and all that but they chose to raise me in a non religious way and we literally don't talk about religion or God at all. I've never been to church my whole life.

When i was young they would put the effort in teaching me certain things to believe in God but after that they just stopped caring about religion really

My parents are "catholic" though it's really just them masking their agnosticism. I'm atheist.

Almost no one in Norway are really religious anymore though being a Christian country. So no, my family isn't really religious. Even though most in my family has had christian confirmation and we celebrate Christian holidays etc.
